We know times are tough for many. We never want cost to be a barrier to getting help, which is why we offer a range of schemes and support options so everyone can access help.

Anxiety UK 'Be Kind' membership

We offer a discounted, half price membership at just £20 a year, available to those in receipt of means tested benefits. For more details on the wide range of benefits, resources and services available to Anxiety UK members, and details on how to join see: Be Kind membership

Anxiety UK membership benevolent fund/gift a membership scheme

Anxiety UK’s membership benevolent fund/gifted membership scheme, offers free individual membership for one year to those experiencing financial hardship. These memberships are donated by supporters, ensuring that cost is not a barrier to accessing support. If you’d like to give the gift of support and donate an individual gifted membership today and help someone in need access a full year of Anxiety UK’s expert help, click here.

To apply for a gifted membership through the Anxiety UK membership benevolent fund, check the tally below to see if donated memberships are currently available. If memberships are available, apply here.

'TAUK' to us benevolent scheme.

Our ‘TAUK’ to us service provides personalised support and information/signposting for anyone living with anxiety, via a 30-minute confidential call.

If you’re facing financial hardship and can’t afford the usual service fee, Anxiety UK offers a limited number of free ‘TAUK to us’ sessions each month. Apply here.

Anxiety UK therapy benevolent fund

The Anxiety UK therapy benevolent fund supports individuals who would otherwise be unable to receive therapy as a result of financial hardship, to access therapy via an Anxiety UK Approved Therapist.
