Fundraise your way for Anxiety UK

At Anxiety UK, we’re run by and for people living with anxiety, so we know how tough it can be at times. Every fundraiser helps us make sure no one has to face anxiety alone.

Run, trek, skydive, cycle, swim, or create your own active fundraising challenge! However you choose to get involved, you’ll be raising vital funds and awareness for those affected by anxiety.

Not into sports? No problem! Stream your gaming, host a quiz night, organise a gig, or come up with something completely your own. Every idea, big or small, makes a real difference.

You can even turn your special moments into life-changing support. Ask for donations instead of birthday gifts, choose Anxiety UK wedding favours, or include us in your celebrations to help bring hope and understanding to others living with anxiety.

Cycling for Anxiety UK
“I ran/cycled 200k for Anxiety UK and had excellent support from the charity. They stayed in touch, shared my event on social media, checked in, congratulated me, and even nominated me for an award. I’ve never known a charity to be so involved and genuinely interested, which made the whole experience even more rewarding.”
Running for Anxiety UK
“I chose Anxiety UK because I knew that I wanted to support a smaller charity through my fundraising, because it’s motivating to know that the money stretches that bit further, rather than feeling like a drop in the ocean! Secondly, I have struggled with anxiety and worrying and know how hard it is to get help through the NHS. Therefore, I wanted to fundraise for a charity which makes these services much more accessible.”
Matinee Magic for Anxiety UK
“We’ve both lived with anxiety since we were children, so supporting Anxiety UK feels incredibly personal to us. That’s why we held our ‘Matinee Magic’ concert, to raise funds, celebrate our shared experiences, and show that anxiety is nothing to be ashamed of. Knowing that our music can help others feel less alone makes every performance even more special.”
