We have a wealth of experience in delivering training and consultancy services to a wide range of clients, including major blue chip companies, SMEs, health bodies, schools and colleges and other voluntary sector organisations. We can support organisations of all sizes and from different sectors as well as supporting staff and pupils in the education sector.

We’ve delivered training to a range of organisations including Cancer Research UK, The Shard, E.ON Energy, Queen Ethelburga’s School, ATL teachers’ union, and Age UK.

We offer a range of training packages that cater for individual, organisational need. Our specialist trainers are able to deliver dedicated support, tailored to meet your objectives. Our training packages include:

Demand for our training courses is always high during Mental Health Awareness Week (May) therefore early booking is advised.

Training costs

We offer the following options:

60-90 mins Introduction to the topic	£350 (charities £300)
3-3 ½ hr workshop	£750 (charities £650)
Full day (2 x workshops on the same day/venue)	£1200 (charities £1100)

Webinars

Up to 30 attendees	£350 (charities £300)
Up to 50 attendees	£500(charities £450)
Up to 100 attendees	£750 (charities £650)

Group package discount: Enjoy a 10% discount on these costs if you have a Workplace Membership package with us.

The above prices exclude travel and accommodation costs. We are happy to negotiate reduced prices for smaller organisations. Please note: the maximum number of attendees for a training workshop is 20 people. For higher numbers of attendees, a supplementary fee will be applicable.

Mental health in the workplace

Work-related stress, anxiety and depression costs the UK economy some £70-100 billion and 70 million sick days each year. However, it’s not just the financial cost to your business that’s important, but also the impact on your employees and their perception of you as an employer. A good employer values, supports and invests in their staff.

Mental health in schools

Many young people experience anxiety, stress or anxiety-based depression. Ensuring that they have the support and skills to manage these conditions is vital. Some 81% of teachers report that their poor mental health has a negative impact on the quality of their relationships with pupils. On average, three children in every class have a mental health problem.

Lunch & Learn – Tools and tips for managing stress and anxiety in the workplace. In this introduction to stress and anxiety in the workplace, we look at the following –

How does the mind and body react when anxious
Some of the causes of anxiety
How to manage anxiety
How to help yourself, a friend or a colleague with anxiety
Seeking professional help for anxiety.

AnxietyUK has been so helpful to me - I joined to access affordable therapy, though I was worried there might be a long wait list. This was absolutely not the case, and I was assigned a therapist super quickly! They were also super helpful when unfortunately our schedules didn't align, and I was matched with a therapist with availability that matched mine. I really recommend AnxietyUK to everyone- they also have fantastic group resources and I think it's really really helpful, especially if you can't afford private therapy and the wait lists in your area are too long.

Very nice to know this support is out there as quite often hard to actually get an opportunity to speak to someone in person these days. Had my first session last week and so far so good. Very happy with the way things are going so far and also pleased with how smoothly it was set up and assessed as to what I was after and a service that fitted around my work and life balance.

Through a period of some significant challenge, the services offered by Anxiety UK has been fantastic, and whilst there is a long road head, progress is positive and forward.
