Anxiety UK’s unity lottery

For just £1 a week you can be entered into the Anxiety UK lottery, giving you the chance of winning £25,000 every Saturday. Each entry benefits our charity and helps us continue to deliver a range of support services and help those in need.

You can easily sign up to our lottery online or by downloading a postal form. For each £1 entry, you’ll get a six digit lottery number. The more entries you purchase the greater your chance of winning.

How to win

  1. Three digits in the correct place wins five free entries into the next draw
  2. Four digits in the correct place wins £25.
  3. Five digits in the correct place wins £1,000.
  4. Six digits in the correct place wins £25,000.

Our weekly lottery provides a fantastic opportunity to win prizes whilst supporting Anxiety UK. The more entries we receive, the more we’ll be able to reach and help those in need.

Rules

  • You must be over 16 years old and live in Britain to play the lottery. Unfortunately, you can’t play if you live in Northern Ireland.
  • You can view the weekly winning numbers on the Unity website or call 0370 055 2291 to find out if you’ve won.
  • Unity Lottery is responsible for paying out prizes. For every £1 you pay to play, Anxiety UK will receive a minimum of 50p.

Last year our lottery proceeds were £3,445, of that 50% was spent on our good cause work, 18% on prizes and 32% on expenses’. Winning number sequences are determined through a random number generator with a range of prizes being available for matching 3, 4, 5 or 6 digits as covered in the Unity game rules. AnxietyUK has been so helpful to me - I joined to access affordable therapy, though I was worried there might be a long wait list. This was absolutely not the case, and I was assigned a therapist super quickly! They were also super helpful when unfortunately our schedules didn't align, and I was matched with a therapist with availability that matched mine. I really recommend AnxietyUK to everyone- they also have fantastic group resources and I think it's really really helpful, especially if you can't afford private therapy and the wait lists in your area are too long.

Very nice to know this support is out there as quite often hard to actually get an opportunity to speak to someone in person these days. Had my first session last week and so far so good. Very happy with the way things are going so far and also pleased with how smoothly it was set up and assessed as to what I was after and a service that fitted around my work and life balance.

Through a period of some significant challenge, the services offered by Anxiety UK has been fantastic, and whilst there is a long road head, progress is positive and forward.
I’m extraordinarily grateful for the help and support during a challenging time, both to the Anxiety UK and my Professional Institute, The Chartered Institute of Building and their respected benevolent fund.
I'm about a third the way through a 16-week program and the benefits and rewards are already coming through.
